How does delivery work?
Windhoek delivery is N$50. Other towns are handled by courier, with courier charges and optional insurance for the customer's account.
When is my order processed?
Current policy processes orders once payment reflects. This demo shows PayToday-style instant confirmation as a future improvement.
Can I return an item?
Customers should report issues within 72 hours. Some items, including broken-seal products, makeup, underwear, sale items, personalized orders, and special orders, may be excluded.
Delivery
Windhoek delivery is N$50 between 08:30 and 16:30. Missed delivery may incur another N$50. Courier orders receive waybill details once dispatched.
Returns
Customers should report issues within 72 hours. Makeup, nail gel, underwear, sale items, broken-seal products, personalized orders, and some special orders may be excluded.
Special orders
Special orders require a 50% deposit. A 20% handling fee may apply to cancelled custom orders. Estimated arrivals should be shown clearly before payment.
